Education qualification
For Army Wing of National Defense Academy (NDA)
- The candidates should be 12th passed candidates of the 1+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education board or a University.
For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defense Academy and for the 10+2 cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian naval Academy –
- Candidates should be 12th passed with Physics and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
NDA Exam Physical Standards
- Running: 2.4 KM in 15 Minutes
- Pushups & Sit-Ups: Minimum 20 each
- Chin-Ups: Minimum 08
- Rope Climbing: 3.4 Meters
